About the Role:
Ti2 Solutions seeks skilled Automotive Workers to support United States Marine Corps Air Stations maintain a fleet of ground support vehicles at three locations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational readiness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on ground support vehicles.
· Track fleet readiness and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
· Maintain detailed service records and coordinate scheduled maintenance.
· Communicate effectively with military personnel and contractors to ensure fleet availability.
· Adhere to strict safety protocols and government regulations.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3, preferably 5 years of experience in ground support equipment maintenance or commercial automotive repair.
· Strong organizational skills to manage fleet tracking and maintenance schedules.
· Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with military and government civilian personnel.
· Ability to work in a high-paced environment with strict adherence to safety requirements.
· High school diploma required.
· Previous military experience as an automotive mechanic is preferred - US Marine
Corps MOS 6072, 6073, US Army MOS I SH, or US Air Force AFSC 2A6X2.
· Valid driver's license required.
· ASE Certification preferred.
Additional Skills:
· Diagnostic Expertise: Ability to use manual and computerized diagnostic tools to identify vehicle issues.
· Electrical Systems Knowledge: Experience troubleshooting and repairing vehicle electrical systems.
· Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems: Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic components in ground support equipment.
· Preventative Maintenance Planning: Ability to develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules to ensure fleet readiness.
· Inventory & Parts Management: Experience tracking vehicle parts, tools, and supplies to maintain operational efficiency.
