Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and airworthiness of aircraft through thorough inspections, maintenance, and repairs. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and effective time management to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of aircraft systems and components to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on various aircraft types, including engines, landing gear, and avionics systems.
- Diagnose faults using analytical skills to determine the necessary repairs or replacements.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed on each aircraft.
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and advancements in aircraft technology to enhance skills and knowledge.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent analysis skills for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in aviation maintenance are advantageous but not mandatory.
