Duties
- Monitor and assess patients in the ICU
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Skills
- Proficient in patient care within an ICU setting
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and medical documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking abilities
- Current RN license
