Florida Telecommunications Services, an authorized sales partner of AT&T, is hiring a B2B Sales Account Advisor to support our growing team in the Orlando area. This position focuses on selling AT&T's business wireless and internet solutions to small and medium-sized companies. This is a client-facing, outbound sales role designed for individuals who are self-motivated, professional, and capable of driving business growth through solution-based selling. You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle-from identifying leads to closing deals and maintaining long-term relationships.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the B2B Sales Account Advisor
- Identify, contact, and consult with business owners and decision-makers to promote AT&T’s business services.
- Develop outreach strategies to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Deliver customized sales presentations to highlight value, ROI, and competitive advantages.
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of clients; provide ongoing support during and after the onboarding process.
- Work collaboratively with internal and AT&T teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
