ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is an outside sales role focused on B2B and independent business clients. It's a proactive, growth-focused position. If you like the idea of being out in the field, building your own client base, and creating real relationshipsyou'll love this.
You'll learn how to prospect, meet with business owners, walk them through benefit options, and master our CRM to stay sharp on follow-up.
From the start, you'll be trained by people actually winning in the field, not just corporate trainers.
Over time, you'll shift your energy from new business to referrals, renewals, and expansion.
