TLC Family Care is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide exceptional care for children and seniors in homes throughout the Hampton Roads area.
Pay Rates
- $20/hr – For caregivers experienced with infants and seniors, with no pet restrictions
- $18/hr – For caregivers without infant experience or with pet limitations

Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children and seniors
- Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Support daily routines, including meals, naps, and diaper changes (for childcare)
- Maintain clear communication with clients
- Keep care areas clean, organized, and welcoming
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of childcare and/or senior care experience (with 2 references)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Ability to commit for at least 3 months
