Job Description:
We are a warm and welcoming family looking for a kind, reliable, and energetic babysitter to help out during the day. We have a newborn and a fun-loving 6-year-old. Mom will be home, so this role is mostly to lend a helping hand—especially to entertain and engage our 6-year-old with activities, games, and outdoor play.
Responsibilities:
- Play with and engage our 6-year-old in age-appropriate activities
- Occasionally assist with light tasks related to the newborn (diapers, bottle help, soothing)
- Light tidying up after playtime
- Provide an extra hand to Mom as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with young children (especially ages 5–7)
- Reliable, punctual, and patient
- Creative, energetic, and fun personality
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Comfortable working with a parent at home
Schedule:
Flexible daytime hours, around 15–25 hours per week. We’re happy to work with the right person to set a schedule that works for everyone. 12-4:00pm is ideal for us!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
