Are you fast on your feet, sharp with your hands, and serious about getting the job done right? We’re hiring a reliable, hard-working BOH team member to help us keep the kitchen running like a well-oiled (and well-seasoned) machine.
What You’ll Do:
- Prep and cook our signature seafood dishes with consistency and care
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Follow food safety protocols at all times
- Move with urgency during rushes while staying cool under pressure
- Be a team player—communicate and cooperate with the crew
What We’re Looking For:
- Kitchen experience is great, but not required—we train the right people
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Availability on evenings and weekends
