Catering Cook – Eggdaddy Addison

We’re hiring a Catering Cook to join our Addison team. This role focuses on preparing high-volume, batch-style meals for catering orders. What You’ll Do:
- Prepare large-batch recipes and menu items for catering orders
- Maintain consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail in all production
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and organizing outgoing catering meals
- Occasionally assist with deliveries (valid driver’s license required)
- Ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen environment at all times
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
- Valid driver’s license – for occasional delivery support
- 3+ years of full-service kitchen experience or 2+ years focused on catering or large-batch production
- Availability for shifts around 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, a few days a week (subject to change)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience working in catering kitchens or high-volume food prep
- Familiarity with portion control and packaging best practices
- Leadership interest or prior experience (this role has growth potential into a lead position)
