Duties

- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and assist in ordering as necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely production and delivery of baked goods.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs or inquiries.
- Assist in catering events as needed, showcasing your baking skills to a wider audience.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Experience in baking and food preparation within a kitchen or restaurant environment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
- A background in catering is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for baking is essential.
