As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts while ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
• Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation.
• Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic flair to meet customer specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Package finished products for display or sale while ensuring freshness and quality.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their inquiries about baked goods.

Skills

• Proficient in food preparation techniques with a solid understanding of culinary principles.
• Experience in cake decorating and pastry creation is highly desirable.
• Strong knife skills for precise cutting and preparation of ingredients.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
