Wheel Cell Balancer Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up and operate electronic balancing machines to balance various blower wheels.• Enter item and operator numbers into the machine for proper setup.• Apply part identification labels to finished products.• Perform inspections and document results on provided forms.• Regularly verify machine accuracy and complete necessary forms.• Palletize completed parts and use pallet jack for movement.• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.• Stock workstation with required balance clips.• Complete paperwork per customer and production specifications.• Additional related job duties as assigned by management. Wheel Cell Balancer Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.• Some assembly or mechanical experience is highly preferred.• Ability to stand for 10–12 hours and perform repetitive tasks involving hands and shoulders.• Ability to lift up to 75lbs unassisted and pass in office lifting assessment– this is a physically demanding role.• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic required.• Background check and drug screening is required.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
