Our Free 4 Hour Training Class is your audition and first step in becoming the newest member of our Crystal Ballroom Dance Center family. No experience is necessary to begin as a dance instructor! The Crystal Ballroom was developed in December 2018 to grow the dance community in a positive and supportive way in Columbus. We have been lucky to find great people who are committed to growing the studio, their clientele, and working together as a team. We are now ready to add to our team to continue growing the business and positively impacting our community! Although no prior dance experience is necessary to have a successful future with us, theatre, music, dance, customer service, sales, or teaching experience will give you a leg up in this career!
As a passionate, people-centered professional, you will be tasked with promoting and teaching dance lessons, hosting dance parties, and connecting with your clientele. Through these duties, you will become a vital component to the growth and success of our studio. This opportunity will also allow you to represent our studio as a professional in “dancing with the stars” types of theatrical performances!

Pay: $14,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
