About the Job:
Grand Valley Bank is looking for a full-time Bank Teller to join our team at our Palisade branch, located at 600 W 8th St., Palisade, CO, 81526. This position is scheduled for 40 hours per week, M-F, with a Saturday rotation and the flexibility to fill in as needed.

What You’ll Do:
- Customer Service: Greet customers and assist with their everyday banking needs.
- Processing Transactions: Handle deposits, withdraws, transfers, and other routine financial activity.
- Cash Management: Prepare cash for shipment or deposit, and balance cash drawers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, ensuring that balances and records are up-to-date.
- Problem-Solving: Identify basic financial needs, recommend appropriate products or services, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Compliance: Comply with all bank policies and procedures, follow regulatory requirements, and identify potential fraud or suspicious activity.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in banking, customer service, or cash handling is a plus, but not required.
ENVIRONMENT: This job takes place in an office setting, both sitting and standing behind the Teller line, ascending and descending stairs when necessary, with light to moderate physical lifting requirements.
COMPENSATION: In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act, compensation differentials for this position are based on multiple factors, including but not limited to: education, experience, training and skillset. All compensation offers are analyzed individually.
