Duties
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with precision.
- Assist clients with account inquiries and provide information about banking products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Engage in sales activities to promote bank products, enhancing customer relationships and satisfaction.
- Support loan origination and processing by gathering necessary documentation from clients.
- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and financial calculations effectively.
- Operate cash registers accurately while ensuring the security of funds at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and improve customer service quality.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with financial services, including loan processing and relationship management, is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic math and retail math concepts is essential for this role.
- Experience with customer relationship management systems will be advantageous in enhancing client interactions.
