We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role you will be fielding phone calls regarding member accounts, transactions, and automated services while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Process checks and requests for account transfers
- Process debit card/ATM card orders
- Research account issues
- Respond to loan questions, provide status of loan applications, calculate loan payments, and handle inquiries
- Communicate current marketing promotions
Requirements:
- Call center or banking experience preferred
- MS Office skills
- Strong communication skills
Details:
- Full Time, Must be flexible for 2 Saturday’s per month and 1-2 nights per week until 7:30pm.
- Pay: $19- 22/hr, based on experience
- Location: Remote (Must be local to Exton, PA)
