Description
Our Client is one of Northern New England’s largest business and litigation law firms, is seeking an attorney with 6+ years of experience to join our firm’s commercial finance practice group in New Hampshire. Candidates should be experienced in the preparation and negotiation of commercial finance transactions for banks, including all aspects of the loan documentation, diligence and other matters related to secured lending transactions.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work directly with lenders and other counsel with minimal supervision. Hybrid in-office/remote working arrangement available. An ideal candidate will have a portable book of business, but not required.
Requirements
- · Admission to the NH Bar
- · 4+ years of legal experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
