Bar Inventory Auditor
Location: Western New York (Buffalo & surrounding areas)
Position Type: Part-Time
Hours: Early mornings between 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (varies by assignment)

About the Role
Sculpture Hospitality of WNY is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Bar Inventory Auditor to join our team. This part-time position involves conducting on-site audits at bars and restaurants throughout Western New York. You’ll be responsible for accurately counting and weighing alcohol inventory, collecting client paperwork, and supporting our efforts to provide precise, actionable reports to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Collect paperwork (invoices, sales reports) from client locations
- Accurately count and weigh open wine and liquor bottles using scales
- Count full bottles of beer, wine, and RTD’s
- Lift and weigh full and partial kegs (up to 170 lbs)
- Follow detailed counting procedures and maintain audit accuracy
- Arrive on time for scheduled audits
- Work independently and professionally at client sites
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Punctual and dependable
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures
- Comfortable working early mornings (between 6 AM and 3 PM)
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy kegs (up to 170 lbs)
- Previous bar or inventory experience is a plus but not required
