We are currently looking for experienced Part time Barista with the ability to serve coffee, espresso beverages, and food in a consistent manner and according to recipes. Must have the ability to provide quality customer service. Responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention toward each customer. Experience with cashier duties or willingness to learn.
We are seeking a personable, self-driven barista who is enthusiastic about coffee and tea, and excited to work with a small and focused team.The ideal candidate will be passionate about food/coffee and hospitality, detail-oriented, and professional.
Core Responsibilities
1.Greeting guests as they enter and fulfilling there order
2.Stocking of all stations
3.Making espresso drinks to order
4.Brewing coffee/teas
5.Follows all health and safety standards, and maintains workplace cleanliness throughout shift
6.Daily and Weekly Cleaning of the cafe
Compensation hourly $14.50-$17.00 + tips make over $20 per hour
