Available Positions:
- Baristas for The Garden:
- Serve breakfast items, fruit bowls, smoothies, juices, and light fare.
- Cashiers for Kuta Kitchen (main kitchen) and Niko Niko (sushi bar).
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests and assist with menu and amenity information.
- Take accurate orders, considering allergies or special requests.
- Prepare beverages and serve food following recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean workspace and replenish supplies.
- Ensure proper equipment functionality and report maintenance issues.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
- Promote specials, workshops, and events.
- Communicate customer feedback and suggest new menu ideas.
Requirements:
- Experience as a barista or cashier is preferred.
- Familiarity with brewing equipment and sanitation standards.
- Flexible availability for various shifts.
- Strong communication, reliability, and basic math skills.
- Ability to understand customer preferences.
- High school diploma (additional training is a plus).
- Food handlers ServSafe certification
