Elovee is a brand new café and wine bar opening in Cannon Beach, Oregon. We serve premium coffee, curated wines, artisan goods, and relaxing foot soak experiences- all in a space designed for authentic connection and coastal calm. Whether you're a local or just passing through, we want every guest to feel welcome ,cared for, and inspired. We are hiring friendly, dependable baristas to help us launch and grow. Whether you're a seasoned espresso pro or just passionate about coffee and people, we're looking for warm personalities who thrive in a vibrant, community focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other menu items with precision and care.
- Provide kind, efficient and thoughtful customer service.
- Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including workstations, dining areas, and equipment.
- Assist with light food preparation and handling while adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Restock retail and food items.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery.
- Engage with customers to promote sales and suggest additional products that complement their orders.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, supplies, and food items; communicate needs to management.
- Contribute to a fun, supportive team culture.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a barista, café or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is an advantage.
- Friendly, dependable and a team player.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- A willingness to learn about different coffee varieties and brewing methods.
- Strong communicator with attention to detail.
- Loves working with people and creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- OLCC permit a plus (for wine service)
- Must be 18+

Pay: $16.48 - $16.98 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
