About the Role: Front of House Rockstar
This isn't your average café gig. Our Front of House team members do it all—serve up perfect lattes, guide customers through our menu, sell sweet treats, and (if you're interested) even help customers design their cake. Every day brings something new, and that’s part of the fun!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Making gorgeous coffee & tea drinks that taste as good as they look
- Greeting customers like they’re old friends (because some of them are!)
- Selling fresh pastries, breakfast & lunch favorites, and local goodies
- Ringing up orders accurately with a smile
- Answering phones like a pro and helping customers with questions
- Keeping your space clean and welcoming
- Following health & safety standards
- Working together with an awesome team to make magic happen
Want to Level Up? Barista to Cake Consultant
Everyone starts as a barista, but if you’ve got an eye for design and love a good Pinterest board, you might just be our next Cake Consultant! You'll work with customers to bring their dream cakes to life—perfect for creatives with a sweet tooth.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn
- Loves helping people and keeping busy
- Great communicator and team player
- Food or coffee experience = a bonus (but not required!)
- Weekend availability is a must
