We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and beverage experiences while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal Barista is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for coffee, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including espresso, coffee, teas, and specialty drinks
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner as a Barista
- Operate coffee equipment and maintain cleanliness of brewing stations and customer areas
- Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality in every drink
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace throughout the shift
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies
- Handle transactions at the point of sale accurately and efficiently
- Answer customer questions about the menu, ingredients, and store policies
- Support the overall team by assisting in other areas of the shop as needed
- Follow food safety guidelines and company procedures at all times as a responsible Barista
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a Barista or in food service is an advantage, but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently under pressure
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting moderate weight (up to 25 lbs)
- A passion for coffee and a willingness to develop beverage preparation skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
