Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and dining area to ensure a pleasant experience for customers.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations, answer questions about menu items, and take orders accurately.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain its functionality through regular cleaning and maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Stay updated on beverage trends and techniques to enhance customer offerings.
