What You’ll Do:
- Start every shift with a smile and a positive attitude.
- Greet customers warmly, make them feel instantly welcome, and ensure they have an enjoyable experience every time they visit.
- Lift customers’ moods by creating a friendly, upbeat, and joyful atmosphere.
- Provide menu recommendations and guide customers to the perfect pastry or drink.
- Make every order with care, ecraft coffee and tea beverages with precision and love according to café standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Regularly package and restock food items to ensure they are always available for customers.
- Be empathetic, patient, and attentive to every customer’s needs.
- Help customers pick the perfect baked treats—because happiness is a warm pastry!
- Work as a team player, ensuring every guest leaves happier than they arrived.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A naturally friendly, energetic, and smiley person who loves interacting with people and focuses on creating positive experiences for guests.
- Ability to brighten someone’s day with great service and a warm attitude.
- Can handle a fast-paced environment while keeping that positive energy flowing.
- Customer service experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person!
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Punctual and reliable individuals who show up on time and ready to work.
