Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Barista to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, while providing friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and other beverages to Toast x Bowl standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work area at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Accurately handle cash and POS transactions.
- Assist with restocking ingredients and supplies.
- Support the team in overall café cleanliness and operations.
Qualifications
- Prior barista or café experience preferred, but not required (we’re happy to train the right person).
- Passion for coffee, tea, and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
