What do our Barista / Sales Associates do?
- Greet guests in a positive and friendly way.
- Take guest orders.
- Process orders through a POS.
- Box up orders for guests.
- Prepare beverages (coffees, milkshakes, soda, etc)
- Plate desserts.
- Keep the bakery clean and sparkling!
To be successful in this position, you will need to:
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Know basic math to properly handle cash.
- Learn the products including how to do plating and make a variety of coffees and other beverages.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in a retail position is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates!
- Be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
