Job Summary and Mission:
This position contributes to the success of Earthbar by providing an exceptional customer service experience to all customers. Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Earthbar.
- Maintains a calm demeanor, especially during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to Earthbar standard
- Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers cues.
- Delivers exceptional customer service to all customers; responds to customer needs in a timely manner.
- Follows Earthbar operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all members during each shift.
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that other team members can locate products easily.
- Provides quality beverages consistently by adhering to all recipes.
- Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance
Qualifications:
- Ability to move and or lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures, processes, and product knowledge
- 1-2 years of experience in food/beverage environments making smoothies, and/or specialty beverages, or experience in retail and hospitality
- Barista, Nutrition, and Culinary education experience a plus!
- Must have (or obtain) a Food Handlers License (i.e., ServSafe) prior to employment
Shifts:
- Part-time/Full-time
- Hours vary Monday-Sunday, early morning to evening shifts
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with or without reasonable accommodation

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and hot & cold liquids. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
