Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender(s) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong background in hospitality. As a Bartender, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Maintain an organized and clean bar area, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations and assist with drink selections, enhancing their overall experience.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and payment handling.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new cocktail recipes, and brewing techniques to enhance menu offerings.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety practices in food service environments.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to operate POS systems efficiently (Toast)
• A positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age as per legal requirements for serving alcohol.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
