Bartender

About the Role:

Penn Cinema brings craft cocktails, beer, and wine to the moviegoing experience, and we’re looking for energetic, customer-focused bartenders to join our team! If you have a passion for bartending, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love creating a welcoming atmosphere, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of craft cocktails, beer, and wine with speed and precision.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
• Accurately handle transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized throughout shifts.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service laws and company policies.
• Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible consumption.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a smooth operation.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person!
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• RAMP certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
