Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining environment. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction with drinks and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and managing inventory.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing retail math skills for effective cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and special promotions to enhance sales opportunities.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food safety practices within the hospitality industry is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for sales and customer service that enhances the overall guest experience.

Pay: $150.00 - $500.00 per day
