Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- A bartender will provide high quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings
- Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and do daily cleaning and side work
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions
- Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
- Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
- Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
- I.D all guests and monitor beverage consumption as to not overserve
- Perform other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- A bartender will have an outgoing and social personality
- An eye for detail
- A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude
- A team-player mindset
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required
- The ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time. Working long hours may also be required based on business needs. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as necessary
