Job Summary
As a Server/Bartender at Dos Santos, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. You will provide exceptional service, craft delicious beverages, and work collaboratively with your teammates to ensure smooth operations. This role requires a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Deliver outstanding service to all guests, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests to enhance their dining experience.
- Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our menu, including ramen varieties, appetizers, and beverage offerings. Be prepared to make recommendations and answer questions about ingredients and preparation methods.
- Order Taking and Service: Accurately take food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system, and ensure timely delivery to the table. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Bartending Duties: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service and efficient operations. Communicate effectively to address any guest concerns or special requests.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, cleanliness, and sanitation practices. Ensure the dining area and bar are clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous 3 plus years of experience as a server or bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and Mexican cuisine is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
