We are looking to hire Bar/Serve Keyholders for our Shadyside Urban Tap location!
For the right candidate we are also looking for a customer-oriented restaurant keyholder to ensure that all restaurant operations run smoothly. Responsibilities include overseeing the activities of restaurant staff, expediting customers' orders as needed, and maintaining good working relationship with the team.
To be successful, you should exercise effective management skills and take necessary coaching actions to address poor staff performance. Ultimately, a top-performer should be able to achieve exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a pleasant restaurant experience.
This position works a hyrbid of serving, bartending, and floor managing shifts! Sense of urgency, and moving quickly, are a must!
Hourly pay when the "keyholder" on duty is $8.00/hour + tips!
Hourly pay when regular bartending/serving is the standard $2.83/hour + tips!
Floor Managing shift pay is $17/hour!
There is room for growth for the right candidate! Restaurant Supervisor Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to stand for extended periods.
- Strong management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.

- Exceptional customer service skills.
