Position Summary
We’re seeking a Basketball Coach Intern / Resident Assistant to join our team for the upcoming season. This role is ideal for a recent graduate, aspiring coach, or former player looking to gain hands-on experience in both athletic and residential life. You’ll assist our coaching staff with team operations and help oversee student-athlete housing as part of our residential life program.
Key Responsibilities
Basketball Coaching Duties
- Support a designated team with practices, game-day operations, and player development.
- Assist with video breakdown, stat tracking, and team logistics.
- Serve as a mentor to student-athletes, modeling professionalism and work ethic.
Resident Assistant Duties
- Live on-site in school-provided housing (room & board included).
- Help maintain a safe, respectful, and structured living environment.
- Monitor and enforce residential rules, and support students’ day-to-day needs.
- Act as a liaison between students and academy leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong basketball background (playing or coaching experience preferred).
- Maturity and leadership skills to work with high school and post-grad athletes.
- Must be organized, responsible, and comfortable in a live-in role.
Compensation
- Room and board fully covered (housing and meals).
- Stipend and/or travel coverage may be available based on experience.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
