Role Responsibilities:
- Create customized, data-driven treatment plans
- Conduct functional assessments and skill-based evaluations
- Provide mentorship and supervision to RBTs
- Collect and review data for progress monitoring
- Work with a leadership team that encourages innovation, values ethics, and respects your voice
Role Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Credentialed as a BACB-approved Supervisor
- Eligibility for Florida Medicaid and private insurance panels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) – Must be able to create and maintain basic data sheets, graphs, and documentation with accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPR/first Aid Certification
- PCM Certification
BSoB/ BEC is a drug-free workplace and all staff are required to pass a drug screening and level II background screening prior to working with recipients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
