Position:

BCBA


Description:

  • Maintain behavioral data and create/maintain graphical data representations and reports for progress monitoring for the special education programs
  • Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of behavior support plans and programming
  • Assists lead teacher for student’s case in monitoring and reporting on student’s behavioral progress through data analysis and observation
  • Provides initial and ongoing training to support staff to implement behavior support plans and data collection systems in conjunction with the lead teacher
  • Serve as a resource to classroom teachers, special education teachers, and IAs/ABA technicians
  • Travel from site to site for the purpose of providing consultation, collaboration, and troubleshoot for student’s challenging behavior
  • Supervise BCBA candidates, IA/ABA staff and/or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) within the Burlington Public School District, as appropriate
  • 3-5 years of on floor experience as a licensed BCBA necessary for the position

Dates/Times:

Monday - Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., July 7 through July 31, 2025


Compensation:

In accordance with the BEA Unit A contract - Up to 24 hours per duration of program
