Job Responsibilities
- Engage every customer by greeting and asking open-ended questions to find appropriate product recommendations suitable to their needs
- Offer the chair and utilize face charts to provide clients with an exceptional service experience
- Track and drive sales to meet or exceed individual and team goals
- Successfully plan and execute events, both corporately driven and outsourced
- Conduct thank-you walks in store and recruit customers back to cosmetics
- Build and maintain client relationships utilizing our clientele system
- Analyze sales performance indicators and work to improve individual metrics
- Engage with clients regarding the benefits of a Dillard's Credit Card
- Continue education by utilizing resources to improve product knowledge and expertise
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Strong desire to succeed
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Openness and willingness to learn
