What You'll Do:
As a key leader in our behavioral health department, you'll blend clinical expertise with strategic oversight to ensure our clients receive exceptional care. Your role will include:
- Clinical Leadership: Provide supervision and support to LPCs, LCSWs, in-training clinicians, and interns.
- Operational Oversight: Manage workflows, staff schedules, and departmental efficiency.
- Team Development: Hire, train, and mentor new staff; lead monthly enrichment sessions.
- Compliance Champion: Ensure adherence to NEWCC policies, HRSA, DHS 75/35, and other regulatory standards.
- School-Based Mental Health: Support administrative functions and reporting for SBMH programs.
- Quality Improvement: Drive QI/QA initiatives and participate in peer reviews and committee work.
- CommunicationCulture: Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and excellence.
