EPIC Health Partners is seeking compassionate, motivated, and reliable Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our ASAM 3.1 Residential Program. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team helping individuals in early recovery build life skills, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and work toward long-term success.

Schedule: 12-hour Shifts (Day or Night) | Full-Time
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and support residents to ensure safety, structure, and adherence to treatment plans.
- Document client behaviors, progress, and any incidents in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Facilitate recovery-oriented activities, life skills, and community meetings.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and orientation of new residents.
- Respond to crises, using de-escalation techniques and following established safety protocols.
- Maintain a therapeutic, clean, and organized living environment.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to provide feedback on resident progress and needs.
- Conduct routine wellness checks, headcounts, and house rule compliance.
- Escort or transport residents to appointments or therapeutic outings when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in behavioral health, psychology, or human services preferred.
- Experience in behavioral health, residential care, or substance use treatment is a plus but not required—we will train the right candidate.
- Strong communication, documentation, and observation skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond appropriately to crises.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use EHR systems.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if transporting clients).
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
