We are hiring for a Bellman to join the guest services team at a high-end property in the heart of Atlanta, GA. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to be the first and last impression for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a fond farewell. As a Bellman, you will assist guests with luggage, transportation, and provide helpful information about the hotel’s amenities and surrounding area. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a guest-first mindset, and a passion for luxury service.
Salary: $16.00/hr - Weekly Pay
Bellman Responsibilities:
- Greet arriving guests and assist with unloading luggage.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide an overview of amenities.
- Deliver messages, packages, and room service items as needed.
- Provide directions, recommendations, and transportation assistance.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the front entrance and bell stand.
- Assist with valet or parking services when necessary.
- Support front desk and concierge teams during high-volume periods.
Bellman Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 75 lbs.
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
- Knowledge of Atlanta attractions and transportation options is a plus.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
