Qualification Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25 pounds. You may also be required to lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally. You must be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions.
This job is open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED and is a good fit for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience. You need basic English communication skills, both written and verbal.

What will you do on a regular day?
- Welcome guests courteously and enthusiastically to the hotel.
- Open door to vehicles, assist guests with luggage, and guide guests to check-in.
- Assist guests taking luggage to room and once in room provide guests with information on room details.
- On check-out assist guests with taking luggage to vehicles.
- Engage in conversation with guests in order to be source of local information.
- Serve guests as appropriate to the time of day - this may include assisting with breakfast or evening reception.
- Keep arrival area clean and well maintained.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by Front Desk Manager or Property Manager.
