BILINGUAL OFFICE STAFF I (SPANISH)
We are seeking to train a Office Staff to become a part of our team.
You will perform routine administrative assignments to keep the office running smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as first point of contact with our patients.
Welcoming patients by greeting them in person or on the phone.
Scheduling appointments in person or on the phone.
Answering or referring patient inquiries.
Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner.
Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures.
Escort patients to exam rooms.
Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff.
Maintain reception area.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in healthcare administration not required.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
