Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to incoming calls.
- Effectively handle patient call queues.
- Maintain clear and courteous communication with patients.
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments.
- Gather accurate demographic information from new patients.
- Verify existing patient charts to ensure accuracy and currency of information. Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
- High school diploma/GED.
- Ability to speak fluent Spanish.
- Experience working in the dental field is a plus.
- Must provide own computer.
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of active listening techniques. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively.
