Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant (Full-Time)
We are a well-established, multi-disciplinary chiropractic practice with 16 clinic locations throughout the DFW area, dedicated to providing exceptional care in a compassionate and professional environment. We are currently seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) professionals to join our team as Chiropractic Assistants.
What We’re Looking For:
We are searching for dependable, detail-oriented, and people-focused individuals who are passionate about patient care. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, professional, compassionate, and capable of helping patients feel safe and comfortable during their appointments. Flexibility and willingness to travel between clinics when needed is required.
Responsibilities:
Front Office Duties:
- Answering phones and greeting/checking in & out patients
- Data entry of patient information into our EHR system
- Scheduling and confirming future appointments
- General administrative and front desk support
Back Office Duties:
- Assisting chiropractic doctors with patient triage
- Supporting patients with active and passive therapies as directed by the doctor
- Ensuring patient comfort and safety during treatments
