Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized bilingual dental scheduler fluent in both English and Spanish to join our dynamic team. This role primarily involves handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, managing appointment schedules, and ensuring a smooth and efficient communication flow. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls with a professional and courteous approach.
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as requested by patients or dental providers, ensuring optimal clinic flow.
- Make outgoing calls to patients for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and to relay information from the dental team.
- Provide clear and accurate information to patients regarding their appointments, treatments, and any pre-visit preparations required.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Work closely with dental staff and other team members to maintain an accurate and up-to-date scheduling system.
- Address and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in general administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining electronic and paper records.
Qualifications:
- Individuals with dental experience such as front desk, dental assisting, dental hygienist treatment coordinator are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Proven experience in a high-volume call center or as a scheduler.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and calmly.
- Proficient in dental software such as Dentrix or Denticon

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
