Responsibilities:
- Learn our sales process and be ready to greet Customers with enthusiasm.
- Hire, schedule, and supervise Wireless Sales Associates.
- Provide consistent sales training using corporate Sales Process.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPI) as defined by company and industry standards.
- Perform daily interactions of coaching/mentoring for the team.
- Create a positive work environment for your team and lead by example.
- Handle customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company.
- Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events and perform other duties as assigned by management
- Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
- Must be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must possess outstanding organizational, leadership, and motivational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good at math and cash handling.
- Background check required.
- Ready to lean, work hard (flexible scheduling)
Schedule:
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus/Commission pay
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Supervising Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: $16.00 - $29.00 per hour
