Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative fluent in English and Spanish to join our team. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, drive sales, and provide excellent service across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in both English and Spanish, in-person, over the phone, and via email
- Promote and sell products or services to meet sales goals
- Provide product information and make recommendations based on customer needs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Accurately handle data entry and manage customer records
- Address customer questions and resolve issues, escalating as needed
- Work closely with team members to ensure a positive customer experience
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- Previous sales or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new systems
- Goal-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
