JOB SUMMARY: Distributes banks and pays prizes to floor runners for payment to winners. Tracks all sessions in their entirety and is responsible for collecting all monies derived from the bingo operation and making proper payouts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be changed, added to or deleted at the sole discretion of management:
- You are responsible for providing our customers with prompt and friendly Customer Service. To provide our guests an entertaining gaming experience and enriching work environment for our team.
- Keep the main bank in balance.
- Make exchanges with cashiers and runners.
- Receive and verify the revenues from cashiers and floor runners.
- Check the complete cash inventory at the opening and closing of the shift.
- Complete the required paperwork during the shift.
- Make up the banks for floor runners and cashiers.
- Pay out bingo prizes to the floor runners for payout on the floor.
- Monitor the level of bulk bingo cash in the cash drawers, keeping at prescribed levels.
- Check cashiers paperwork as required by the Bingo Manager.
- Balance the bingo cash cage drawers at the end of shift.
- Ensure that customer service at the admission counter meets Casino standards.
- Make sure the bingo cash cage has all required forms necessary for operation.
- Perform other duties as required by the Bingo Manager or General Manager.
- Keep cage clean and organized.
