Biomedical Application Specialist
US (Remote + Regional Travel 20–40%)

Are you passionate about supporting breakthrough medical technologies in real-world clinical and academic settings? We’re looking for a Biomedical Application Specialist to join our growing Applications & Support team, working with innovative diagnostic systems that are transforming pathology, oncology, and biomedical research.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor the performance of diagnostic systems at clinical and research partner sites
- Provide real-time support—onsite or remote—to healthcare professionals and researchers
- Assist with sample measurement procedures and guide users through daily operations
- Conduct user training, capture feedback, and improve documentation and workflows
- Act as the go-to contact during measurement sessions, troubleshooting and escalating when needed
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, QA, Product) to enhance user experience
- Support onboarding activities for early access programs and clinical trial sites
- Travel regionally (20–40%) as needed, with occasional short-notice visits
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Pathology, Radiology, etc.); Master’s/PhD a plus
- Previous experience in clinical or research environments
- Familiarity with biological sample handling (tissue/cell)
- Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable working with clinical and technical teams alike
- Confidence in delivering training and clear user guidance
Interest in supporting innovation and contributing to product improvements
Willingness to travel regionally across the US or EU
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
